What Does The Report Showing : Appearance :"turbid, Albumin : [+]" Indicate?

My wife had suffered with fever n chills fromlast three days.Today we had urine and blood test along with ultrasound scanning...
Urine report is as follow
appearance : turbid
Albumin : [+]
sugar : nil
Microscopic exam
epithelial cells : 8-10 /hpf
pus cells : numarous
casts nil
crystals nil
rbc nil
any other nil

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your wife is suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by turbid appearance of urine and presence of pus cells,epithelial cells,albumin in urine.
She need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present she need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
