What Does The Result Regarding Uterus Say?
i got a result stating i have a bulky uterus with multiple mix echogenic areas visualized in it, which appears to be intra mural fibroids. Also my left ovary shows an echoless area, which is a cyst. What exactly does this mean and is there cause for concern?

According to the reports you have enlarged uterus with six fibroids in the intramural region of the uterus.Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
Treatment of fibroid uterus is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age,family is completed or not,symptoms etc.
There is a cyst in left ovary.Details are not given in the report like whether it is simple or complex cyst.Also,size of the cyst is not mentioned.
Rest of the findings are normal.
