What Does The Result Showing: "suspicious Densities On My Right Upper Lobe Of Lungs, With No Heart Enlargement" Indicate?

Hi, I just had a CXR and it says, i have suspicious densities on my right upper lobe of lungs, with no heart enlargement. I have no PTB history, too and I dont even experience any sign/symptoms of it.
I would just like to know what are the possible diagnosis on my case. Thanks!

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Suspicious densities in right upper lobe of lung may be due to many reasons like infection, mass etc.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Apico-lordotic view is need for further evaluation. It is a special view for apical region because apical region is covered by many bony structures.
Antibiotics may be needed after evaluation.
Heart size is within normal limit.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
