hi had surgery to remove right fallopian tube after suspected ectopic which was causing internal bleeding. results came back stating no fetal tissue or placental site found in the tube but a 0.8cm paratubal cyst was found with odema and vascular congestion and focal thickening of the plicae. what does this all mean?
Hi, dear Your fallopian tube histopathology report suggest that there was no ectopic pregnancy. Paratubal cyst is benign cyst. Odeama and vascular congestion and thickning of plicae are nonspecific findings. No need to worry and no further treatment is required. Hope I have answered your question. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
