What Does The Scan Regarding Irregular Periods Indicate?

Hi , My age is 23, newly married. Just 6 months back. I do not get my periods regularly. Doctor asked me to take a scan. the following things mentioned in my report.

Kidneys: A small (4.8mm) calculus seen in the upper calyx. No mass seen.

Urinary bladder: The urinary bladder is adequately distended. NO calculus/mass seen within.

Uterus: No focal lesion seen.

Ovaries: Both ovaries are mildly enlarged in size with multiple tiny peripheral follicles.

There is no evidence of free fluid in the abdomen and pelvis.

Impression:

1. Small Left renal upper calyx calculus without obstructive changes.

2. Bilateral Poly cystic ovaries

3. Normal sonographic study of rest of the abdomen and pelvic organs.

May i know what the report means. "
