What Does The Semen Analysis Showing : "volume=3.5ml, Color=grey White, Appearance=Opalescent, Viscosity=thick" Indicate?

I have done semen analysis volume=3.5ml, color=grey white, Appearance=Opalescent, Viscosity=thick, PH=7.7, Liquification time=30min, Total sperm=90 million Active motile=25%, Sluggish Motile=15%, Non motile=60%, Pus cells 6-8/HPF, Cytology= 70% Sample collection=OSL.....so please advice what i need more for betterment

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the semen analysis report is as follows:
The physical characteristics of semen which includes volume, color, appearance, viscosity, liquefaction time and pH are all within normal limits.
The sperm count of 90 million/ml is also within normal limits.
The percentage of actively motile sperms is only 25% whereas atleast 50% of the sperms should show rapid active forward motion.
The morphology of the sperms is not mentioned by you.
There is presence of pus cells 6-8/ hpf.
Presence of pus cells suggests presence of infection.
You need to consult your doctor with report for treatment of infection.
The semen analysis should be repeated after completion of antibiotic therapy.
The semen analysis may be misleading in the presence of infection.
