Dear Doctor Iam 35 yrs old laddy,married life 6 yrs,not conceived till this day. my husband semen report is good and also my follicular study and laproscopic test fond no problem.but my serology report shows some antibody is created. these are

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The TORCH Ig M test is done to detect recent infection with TPRCH.
TORCH complex is infection caused by toxoplasma, rubella, cytomegalovirus and herpes virus infection.
Thus, a negative TORCH Ig M antibodies are absent in serum which means that TORCH infection is not present.
