I M 52 years of age , female , I have mass utrasound with color doppler on my neck. the fiding was a well define iso to hyperechoic, solid nodule is seen anterior to the left internal jugular vein and common artery level 11 measuring approximately 1.7 x1.3cm it has some central hypoechoic areas, No evident increased vascularity
