hello welcome to healthcare magic.
Chest pain can be due to problems in the esopahgus ( food pipe), heart, ribs , sternum( bone in the center of the chest), lungs or the muslces in the chest. Heart related pain is usually central, associated with activity, heart beating fast or
shortness of breath. Tight chest pain can be caused by problems related to the sternum, heart, lungs such as asthma or even
anxiety. you will need to be assessed and examined to determine the exact cause. If the pain is constant is is less likely to be heart related because that tends to occur with activity unless the person is having
heart attack which is unlikely in your age group.
The issues related to sinuses can be relieved by use of a antihistamine and a
nasal spray ( you can use an antihistamine or
steroid spray).
your joint related issues may be due to any activity you may have been involved in that aggravated your joints, infections ( viral infections commonly cause joint pain) or any condition that commonly affect joints such as RA or SLE. Again a complete history, physical exam and in some cases blood tests may be necessary.
Removal or the presence of your tonsils have nothing to do with your symptoms.
You may need to have your
thyroid assessed to make sure it is not related to feeling cold
