What Does The Ultrasound Report Indicate?
My wife is supposed to be 10 weeks 5 days pregnant based on her LMP. She did an abdominal ultrasound on 18.09.12 & report says gestational sac measuring 25 MM (6 Weeks) without embryo no cardiac activity. The report also says it might be Blighted Ova. But the physician advised us to rescan after 2 weeks. Is it a right decision to wait another 2 weeks. Last year she had an ectopic pregnancy. We are still childless. Please help.

As report said cardiac activity is absent so it's blighted ovum.
Rather than To wait for 2 weeks it's better to do ultrasound scan to another radiologist.
As to wait for next 2,weeks is not Advisable.and it might cause harm to mother s health.
