Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the ultrasound is as follows:
The uterus is anteverted- this is the normal position of the uterus, the size of the uterus is 7x4x5 cm approximately.
The size is within normal limits.
A 3x3 cm fibroid is present in the posterior wall.
fibroid is a benign tumor arising from the muscle layer of the uterus.
Fibroids are asymptomatic in majority of cases.
When symptomatic, they can cause menstrual irregularities and dysmenorrhea.
Nothing needs to be done when the fibroids are asymptomatic.

The interpretation of the HVS report is as follows:
There is presence of pus cells, epithelial cells and epithelial cells.
Presence of pus cells suggest presence of infection.
No specific organism could be detected.

The antibiotics- metronidazole and co-amoxiclav are broad spectrum antimicrobials which control a large number of organisms.
You can take these drugs without worrying.
Miloxicam is an anti-inflammatory and a pain killer.

Thanks and take care
