Your urinalysis tells that either there is some urinary tract infection or obstruction which needs to be treated Positive findings are RBCs-18-20/HPF , PUS CELLS:10-12/HPF,URINE PROTEIN:++ and CREATININE:2.3mg.dl .
My advice is to get examined by a nephrologist.
