What Does The Urine Test Reports Suggest?

hi this is the urine test report of my 4 and half month son, plz some one let me know, his he fine, what's the problem...
Sugar-nil
Albumin- nil
Pus cells-4-5/hpf
E.p cells-2-3/hpf
Rbc-not seen
Cast-not seen
Crystal-not seen
Other-not seen
Amorphose meteral- not seen

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your son's urine analysis is absolutely normal.
Up to 5 pus cells are normal /HPF.
However he need clinical correlation.
Epithelial cells are basically normal cells that represent contamination of the urine specimen with skin cells.It is very common and is not concerning.
It is also important to know about the reasons for investigations.
