Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the urine report is as follows:
Presence of pus cells in urine suggests presence of infection in the urine sample.
However, the urine culture is negative thus, showing that there is no growth of any single pathogenic bacteria in urine.
Presence of red blood cells and granular casts are seen in glomerulonephritis thus, these findings are characteristic of glomerulonephritis.
Presence of red blood cells is seen in nephritic syndrome.
The underlying kidney disease causing nephritic syndrome has to be treated.
You need to consult your traeting doctor with report for treatment of nephritic syndrome.

Thanks and take care
