What Does This ALT Level From Liver Function Test Indicate?

Hi my name is Louise and I have a blood test and back in July and now it s come back but I ve got ATL of 122 what does that mean is there anything wrong with liver because my doctor has rang me to say I got to go and have another blood test done I m just a bit worried thank you
