What Does This APE Results Indicate?

I got my APE results and below are the findings, can you please explain each of the ff results?-Minimal reticulonodular opacities are present in the upper lung field.-A subcentimeter ovoid density is projected onto the aortic knob. This may represent a calcified lymph node.-The Heart is not enlarged.-The trachea is midline.-The hemidiaphrahms and costophrenic sulci are intact.-The osseous structures and the rest of the soft tissues are unremarkable.IMPRESSION:Pneumonia versus PTB. Follow-up is suggested.
