What Does This CAT Scan Regarding Kidneys Specify?

hi Dr. have had a cat scan on kidneys there is a 2.9 cm parapelvic left lower pole renal cyst then a 8mm hypodensity within the cortex of the right lower poleanterioty this corressponds with the t1 hyperintense lesion seen on the mri this most likely represents a hemorrhagic or proteinaceous cyst would this go along with my symtems of pain, nausea , irregular high blood pressure, fatigue urinating frequently at night having disturb my sleep but the pain itself is a bother, what are your recommedations that can be done? thank you Yvonne
