Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The CT scan shows that the nasal septum (central thin bone between two nostrils) is crooked and S shapes and is a benign deformity finding. As a result of thsi the small fleshy areas on the sides of nostrils (turbinates) are slightly enlarged. The sinuses are clear and free from infection.

Above findings are not serious and need to be discussed in the light of any breathing problems that you might have.
