What Does This Cat Scan Result Of Right Lung Indicate?
i need help understanding my cat scan w contrast report Four subcentimeter nodular densities in the right lung one being a 9mm spiculated right lower right lower lobe nodule a metastatic process must be given prime consideration. a 4-5mm fibronodule density in the lateral periphery of the right uppe lobe. 2mm perpheral right middle lobe nodule. 4 mm ill-defined nodule seen in the posterior right lower lobe. i have been in servere pain since christmas please help me understand
Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern. Your CT Scan reports has three differentials. 1. lung metastasis that is stage four cancer 2. Miliary tuberculosis 3. multiple abscesses I would like to advise to have CT abdomen and Pelvis with contrast, ESR, sputum AFB if you have also complain of cough, bronchoscopy with biopsy to reach at the final diagnosis.
