Hi , I had recently had an Exercise Echo stress test in Singapore . The result and conclusion is :Borderline positive stress test for Myocardial ischemia at 92% PMHR/7/METs.I already CABG in 1999 followed by 5 stents on 3 occasions . My doctor advised me that I may opt for an angiogram or wait for a couple of months . He increased my dose of Herbesser 100 mg from once to twice daily plus other medication . My resting ECG and other blood reports were perfect .In view of above , pl suggest .Abdus Sadeque
The stress echo suggest that there is possible compromise of coronary blood supply at some level causing changes in the report. Though there is no emergency, an angiography of the coronary circulation will help to reveal the details of current circulation, any stenosis or narrowing if any via atherosclerosis or others.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
