Iam 28yr old married since 2006 but trying to conceive and failing to do so,my hormone test are normal,my hsg report shows that there is no evidence of any dilatation or tortuisity of the tube on either side.No evidence of Hydrosalpinx seen.Free peritoneal spill was seen on both sides in the subsequent films after injecting a repeat bolus of 20- ml injection of more contrast medium.my usg is also normal kindly suggest.
