What Does This MRI And Sonogram Test Results Of Kidney Indicate?

Based on an MRI of my spine which showed degenerative disc disease a fullness in the renal area was also shown. I did a follow-up sonogram of my kidneys which confirmed the same finding. I m having no pain or symptoms of any kind. The only pain I feel is in the usual place in my lower back which is I manage with special exercises. What could be causing the fullness?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is not the right term if this is stand for hydronephrosis then it could be renal obstructive phenomenon due to backflow of urine but it does not seems like that it is better to discuss it with radiologist or with urologist for better explanation hope this information helps.
