What Does This MRI Of Ear Indicate?

Hi, For the last 4 weeks been having symptoms of labrynthinitis. Developed double vision for 3-4 but gone now. Have some hearing loss on right side and still some unsteadiness. MRI shows small focus of white matter in right parietal lobe, nonspecific. Also, right cerebrellar peduncle mild postcontrast enhancement. No mass identified. it is adjacent to cranial nerve VIII. Going to see neurosurgeon next week. Should I be freaking out about a tumor, even though there is no tumor or mass detected? Thanks
