What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

I just had an MRI done. It states L4-5 there is a mild disc bulge asymmetric to the left and bilateral facet arthrosis. There is no spinal stenosis. There is mild left foraminal narrowing and borderlline right foraminal narrowing. Are there exercises that I could do to help the pain I feel from this?
