What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

My MRI results- Cervical spondylosis with multilevel foraminal stenosis. I have a small Hemangioma on the left posteior aspect of C4. Posterior right central disc protrusion at C4-C5 touches the ventral cord. Diffuse posterior disc osteophyte complex and superimposed broad based posterior right central disc protrusion at C5-C6 causing ventral cord flattening and mild central canal stenosis.
