What Does This MRI Scan Finding Indicate?

Hi, here what I was diagnosed. Would you please explain What is what? The MRI result shows a large exophytic subserosal approximately 7cm AP 8 transverse and 10 cm in craniocaudad extension right fundal- right anterolateral uterine body mass or fibroid is noted. It appears to have internal degeneration and somewhat cystic complex central scarring is suggested. Thank you

Hello, welcome to HCM. Your MRI report is saying there is a benign mass fibroid with the above measurement on the head part, right side of the uterus. There are usual changes within the fibriod. Please take advice from the gynaecologist for further treatement.
