what does the following MRI reading in an 85 yr old male mean? there is a moderate sized area of encephalomalacia in the left parietal lobe, moderate senile atrophy,deep and periventricular white matter demyelination and proportionate ventriculomegaly

I really appreciate your concern, this is the geriatric changes but it need to be clinically well correlated it may be asymptomatic some time but again I would say that clinical correlation is must, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
