Hello sir, my sister has brain injury. (1) large area of gliosis with patchy hemosiderin staining in the left fronto-temporal and parietal lobe with exvacuo dilatation of left lateral ventricle. (2) wallerian degeneration of left sided cortico-spinal track. (3) lacunae infarct/gliosis is seen in the midbrain and genus of corpus callosum. (4) chronic white matter ischemic lesions with generalized brain atrophy. (5) multiple old micro-hemorrhages in bilateral cerebral hemisphere. (6) craniotomy defects are seen in fronto-temporal and parietal bones. (7) minimal hyperintensity in right mastoid, s/o mastoditis. (8) no significant abnormality is seen in Mr venography. Kindly suggest the treatment.
