What Does This MRI Scan Report Signify?

My MRI just revealed a 5 mm anterior sella lesion right sella turcica tuberculum sella that was not on a scan Feb 2016. Aug 27 2015 I had 3 miningioma s removed. I was dx with stage 3 breast cancer in 2006. Should I be worried about the rate of growth, and this being metastic disease?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The nature of anterior sella lesion on MRI needs to be determined. A stereotactic biopsy would help to determine the nature of the lesion.

If the lesion turns out to be metastatic breast cancer, then chemotherapy and radiotherapy will have to be initiated to treat the metastasis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
