What Does This MRI Scan Report Signify?

there is an ovoid T1-weighted hyperdense lesion in the sella/supersellar region measuring 1.0x1.1x1.4 cm .np gross enhamvement appreciated adter contrast administration. the lession abuts the optic chiasm superiorty . the sella floor is slightly widden. a normal appearing pituar gland is not visualized. no extension to the cavernous sinuses.
