welcome to Health care magic. 1.It would have been helpful for me to know your age, in future please mention your age. 2.It looks like age related or excessive usage of spine ( hard working individuals - physically with weight bearing), they are normal seen in most of the individuals if they get scanned 3.C4-5 disc protrusion means the disc which is suppose to be between the vertebral bodies has been moved posterior, but no effect on the nerves or chord - so nothing much to worry. 4.Even findings in your shoulder are degenerative changes - nothing significant. 5.In this case you need to approach to orthopaedic specialist / physiotherapy - as simple exercises will relieve your symptoms.
