hi. an x-ray showed Femoral head/neck osseous excrescence laterally at the femoral head/neck junctions of the femurs. these findings seen in the setting of femoral acetabular impingement. there is no focal destructive osseous lesion. orcystic change. what does this mean? YYYY@YYYY thank you
