Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

There is possibility of infection in the right lung upper lobe with possibility of cavity formation. This needs to be seen by your doctor and proper medications need to be taken. Rest of the structures like heart are normal. A repeat X ray might be taken after completing treatment with antibiotics to know if it is an acute bacterial infection.
