What Does This X-ray Test Report For Persistent Groin Pain Indicate?

Pain and restriction in groin and in front of thigh when walking, bending, lifting leg, can t sleep on left side because of discomfort in thigh which is starting to bother my knee when I bend it. Had x-Ray. Dr said ip is narrowing but not bone on bone. Shot, Meloxicam, & Nabumetone have not worked...and is especially worse after massage a couple days ago, Could it be a groin sprain or tear!
