What Does This Abdomen Ultrasound Report Indicate?
SUGESSTION ON ULTRASOUND REPORT AS PER DETAIL BELOW .FATTY INFILTRATION IN LIVER. LEFT KIDNEY SHOWS MILD HYDRONEPHROSIS AND PROXIMAL HYDROURETER. NO OBSTRUCTIVE CAUSE IS EVIDENT. NEEDS URINE D/R AND IVP FOR FURTHER EVALUATION. NO LESION SEEN IN GALL BLADDER, COMMMON BILE DUCT,PENCREAS,SPLEEN RIGHT KIDNEY AND RETROPERITONIUM.

2.Fatty liver seen in chronic alcoholics / excessive oily foods / systemic causes.
3.Hydronephrosis with out obvious pathology. Which could be due to stricture - due to systemic disease ( TB).
4.Hydronephrosis means - the passage of urine from kidney to bladder which is enlarged in size due to some obstruction.
5.Most possible causes are strictures - if there is no obvious cause found.
