What Does This Abdominal Scan Report Signify?

Hi,

I has a little pain in my abdomen, I visited a doctor and he advise to go through some test. I had my ultra sound scanning of abdomen done, everything seems to be normal expect it said (Mild Prominence of Pelvicalcyel system note on Lt side) Please advise.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Nothing to worry about. It is a normal finding because of the distension of urinary bladder sometimes, remains like this after you have excreted a urinary stone, sometimes is just an extra pelvic pylon of the kidney. Usually is okay, if it is not related with blood in urine, or left flank pain.
