6.5 mm nabothian cyst is seen in region of cervix. Both ovaries appear enlarged in size with multiple small follicles arranged peripherally and central echogenic stroma. Right ovary : 3.5 x 2.5 x 2.4 cm, volume 11.3cc. Left ovary : 3.7 x 2.4 x 2.5 cm, volume 12.0cc. what does this mean?

You should be ascessed for polycystic ovarian syndrome . Ultrasound diagnosis is made but also needed is lab confirmation . So you need lab tests as serum testosterone ,serum estrogen , serum fsh , serum lh ,thyroid status , blood sugar level . If diagnosis is made you need drug as metformin . After results you may meet a gynaecologist or an endocrinologist .
