Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should be ascessed for polycystic ovarian syndrome . Ultrasound diagnosis is made but also needed is lab confirmation . So you need lab tests as serum testosterone ,serum estrogen , serum fsh , serum lh ,thyroid status , blood sugar level . If diagnosis is made you need drug as metformin . After results you may meet a gynaecologist or an endocrinologist .

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

With regards
