General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Adenomyosis is a gynecologic medical condition characterized by the abnormal presence of endometrial tissue.
Medications such as Ibuprofen can reduce pain and discomfort.
Some hormonal treatments, such as oral contraceptive pills, progestin IUD’s, or injection, can help lessen the symptoms.
You should consult your gynecologist about these treatment otions.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
