im 38 and suffering from continious bleeding during my mensurational cycle and it continue for 15days . Two years back i was diagnosed with endometrial hyperplasia. Since then i am under hormonal treatment. With recent bleeding doctor did D & C and biopsy of endometrial sample was done.The report shows the following things- compact spindle celled stroma. Stromal cells are dilated and congrsted. section shows number of round and tubular endometrial glands with pseudostratified columnar lining.Small vessels show thrombosis. Blood clot present. no progesterone effect seen. No evidence of tuberculosis or malignancy in the section studied. Impression : proliferative activity of endometrium
