What Does This Biopsy Report Indicate?

Hello I got biopsy and the result from pathology said : Endometrial biopsy: Focal gland crowding in a background of disordered proliferative endometrium. A low grade endometrial neoplasm (eg. Endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia, EIN) cannot be excluded and additional sampling is suggested. Ultrasound consistent with adenomyosis. What does it mean? Is there possibility for precancerous ?

Adenomyosis is condition in which there are different endocrine tissues in uterus. it causes different pathological symptoms.
This may b Cancer, another biopsy is must.
Advice: consultation with Gynaecologist.
