What Does This Biopsy Report Signify?

Below is my Biospy report. Please let me know, is it cancer or not? Is it curable or not?

Pathological Diagnosis:
Nasopharynx, biopsy:
- Lymphoproliferation, see comment
- No granuloma seen
- No carcinoma seen
Comment: The differential diagnoses include reactive lymphoid hyperplasia and non-Hodgkin lymphoma"

I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
The probability for cancer is very low. It could be a simple lymphocytic proliferation.
You might require a lymph node biopsy to rule out Hodgkin's lymphoma. Even if it is Hodgkins lymphoma, it is very well curable condition.
