What Does This Blood Pressure Level Indicate?

Hello. I have had a nagging headache for about one week. I went the local Wal-Mart to have my blood pressure checked and received a reading of 110/84. Am I in the danger zone? Also, what can I do to relieve the headaches and control my blood pressure?

Blood pressure is absolutely OK. get your eye sight checked. also mention type, site and duration and timing of headache. There are different types. Migraine, cluster , office ,tension, etc. is your cervical spine normal?, do u have sinusitis?
