What Does This Blood Report Suggest While Having Viral Infection?

My son is going through viral infection from last 7 days. we have did test for malaria, typhoid and dengue, all are negative. WBC count is low i. e. 2900/cmm, lymphocytes at increased 51 %and SGPT is 87u/ml higher than normal range. He is not having temperature but feeling OK. Is any serious things behind this infection? When he will recover out of this?

Hello

Did check for mononucleosis? Because the limphocitosi and the low count of wbc may indicate an infection from Epstein Barr virus.
