Your MCV,MCH,MCHC are reduced that means Microcytic hypochromic blood picture.Cause is mainly iron deficiency can be corrected by iron preparations.Blood loss must be ruled out if any .
VITAMIN D,25 HYDROXY 15.9 is low too for that vitamin D sachets have to be taken and more exposure to sunlight is required.
Start your medication under physician's guidance Your Anaemia will be corrected,Take proper well balanced meals .
