Hello,
I had gone through your reports and i can understand your concern for your health and i appreciate it.

As per the reports, i would like to tell you that your fasting blood glucose is very high and suggestive of diabetes, so i would advise you to go for glycated Hb (HBA1c) and if its more than 7%, then you need to start treatment for diabetes after consulting with physician.

Coming back to your lipid profile, your cholesterol is absolutely normal (less than 5.2), which is quite good, but your triglycerides level is borderline (should be less than 1.7). So i would advise you to do HDL and LDL cholesterol level, which gives exact idea of your lipid profile. If i were your treating physician, i would have started statin group of drug to you, but as it is a prescription drug, i would suggest you to consult a local physician and confirm the diagnosis.

I would like to suggest you few life style modification like eat small frequent meal 4 to 6 times a day, eat healthy food, avoid oily and junk food, drink plenty of water, limit the amount of sugar and salt in your diet, do regular walking at least 5 days a week for at least 20minutes daily, do regular meditation to remove stress, take 6 to 8 hours of sound sleep, check your sugar, creatinine, eyes at least every 8 months, etc.

Otherwise your urine reports and Blood pressure are quite normal. So follow the guidelines and take drugs to control blood sugar and lipids.

Hope this answers your question and let me know directly if you have any further relevant queries.
