Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of test reports is as follows:
The level of hemoglobin and hematocrt are low.
This suggests anemia.
The peripheral blood film examination shows presence of
microcytic hypochromic anemia.
The most common cause of microcytic hypochromic anemia is iron deficiency.
However, there are other causes of microcytic hypochromic anemia.
An iron profile should be done to confirm
iron deficiency anemia.
Iron supplements are taken to correct iron deficiency state.
The differentail
white blood cell count is showing presence of
lymphocytosis i.e. increase in number of lymphocytes.
The peripheral blood film examination shows presence of schizoints which are malarial parasites.
Thus, malaria is confirmed.
The lymphocytosis is due to response to malarial infection.
Consult your primary health provider for treatment of malaria.
The urine test report is within normal limits and requires no action. A reactive HBsAg suggests presence of hepatitis B infection. However, more tests like HbeAg and anti HBc Ab need to be done to know whether the infection is acute, chronic or HBsAg is raised due to vaccination.
A negative HIV test rules out HIV infection.
Thanks and take care
