What Does This Blood Test Result For Pain In Bone, abdomen And Night Sweats?

I have been having pain in my bones, abdominal pain, and night sweats. A recent ER visit shows that my Lymph count is 10% higher than normal (52%, abs. Lymphs is also high at 5.63), my wbc has grown exponentially since my last test two months ago (had random bleeding/bruising in my hand, got tests done) and is now at 10.72 k/ul. My segs is low at 36%. I was treated with antibiotics, methylprednisolone, and bentyl, all of which have seemed to make matters worse. Xrays and ultrasounds have come back normal. I know my body and I know something is wrong, I just don t know what or what steps to take next.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of night sweats, painful bones, abdominal pain and elevated lymphocytes are suggestive of chronic illness probably tuberculosis.
Lymphocytosis and night sweats are characteristic of tuberculosis.
However, bone pains and abdominal discomfort can occur in other conditions also.
Bone pain can occur in nutritional deficiency like vitamin D deficiency and in malignancies like multiple myeloma.
Thus, besides X-ray a bone scan is also recommended to assess the status of bones and to look for the cause of bone pain.
Further management can be planned after investigations and diagnosis only.

Thanks and take care
