i am eosnophil patient ,,what should i do to remove it,,my stamina getting very low due to esnophil,,i have running nose,sneezing,cough,chest pain,headache,suggest me better tteatment,nd what to eat what to not,E.S R-17 MM,RBC-4.85,PLATLETS-2.93,EOSNOPHIL-5,HEAMOGLOBIN-15.6,WBC TOTAL-10.3

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Your blood test results are normal except elevated ESR and increased eosinohils. These can be due to many conditions in which allergic diseases are the most common cause.
Also your symptoms(running nose,sneezing,cough,headache) indicate that you might be suffering from Allergic rhinitis & sinusutis. Which is commonly due to allergy from pollen, dust, mites, etc

you can use nasal drops, steam inhalation can also be helpful.You can take medication like benedryl / cetrizine . Visit a physician if problem persists.
