What Does This Brain MRI For Headache, Nausea And Dizziness Indicate?

I passed out and fell face first onto a wood floor and suffered a concussion 4 weeks ago. I lost peripheral vision on the right side and have had terrible headaches, dizziness and nausea everyday since. A head mri was clean as was ct scans of the head. A mra of the brain showed a slight ectatic on the tip of the basilar artery. Is this anything to worry about? Oh and btw, i have lupus. My rheumotologist is concerned about lupus neuritis or heart related issues surrounding why i passed out but i am concerned about the debilitating headaches, dizziness and nausea i still have. Any advice?

Hello,

I suggest you to get a repeat CT scan of head. At times, the CT scan does not show immediate changes. Some changes become evident after couple of days or weeks. In addition, has the headache settles and is your vision clear by now? Kindly, post your current condition along with result of current CT scan.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
