What Does This Following Ultrasound Indicate?
my wife is pregnent now completed 4 weeks and 6 days she is feeling untolrable pain and today 3 times bleeding ocured after urination and consultant advised for usg and usg reports are following

----Uterine Cavity show G sac of about 1.7 cm good decidual reacton No evidence of subchronic haemerrhage seen small foetal pole seen but no cardiac pulsation is evident

MSD 1.7 cm 4week 6days
IMPRESSION
Intraurine G sac of about 4 weeks 6days small foetal pole seen
--No ypolk sac or cardiac pulsation seen
SUGGESTED
--Review usg after 10 days
--Serial beta HCG estimation
kindly suggest me how to manage pain and bleeding

1.Your report suggest there there is a G sac - presence of pregnancy.
2.The G sac measurements corresponding to 4- 5 weeks pregnancy.
3.Viability of the pregnancy will be confirmed by the presence of fetal heart rate.
4.Fetal heart rate is seen at 5 1/2 weeks trans vaginally and 6 1/2 trans vaginally.
5.As suggested in report - do a followup scan in 10 days - the scan will able to confirm the viability of the pregnancy - good luck.
